For misutilising of government fund, the respondent(s) have taken action against the petitioners who were serving as agent and Mukhiya inasmuch as the FIR has been lodged. The court cannot accede to the prayer of the petitioners made in course of submission to quash the FIR. The application has no merit. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
