Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 IPC.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. One co-accused confessed that looted mobile phone was sold to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of material against the petitioner and no allegation of his direct involvement in robbery, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
