Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on confessional statement of the co-accused. Except the said confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner was neither arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.06.2018.

No.56331 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018.
