This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pothiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354-B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that occurrence has taken place on a trivial issue and entire family has been made accused, inasmuch as, the medical evidence does not seem to be a case under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, this application is allowed.
