A supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that financial dispute has been resolved.
In the interest of the Parties and on the facts mentioned in the supplementary affidavit, further Proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 25.2.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 3441(c) of 2012, is hereby, set aside.
