JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner regularly getting current salary, his grievance is now confined to payment of arrears of salary. Since the Writ Court has not adjudicated this issue, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/court for redressal of grievance of payment of arrears of salary.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present contempt application is disposed of.
