Learned counsel appearing for the University informs that only two grievances of the petitioner have been left to be redressed. First is in respect of arrears of pension and second is merger of 50% D.A. in pension.

Learned counsel for the University further informs this Court that process has already been initiated to redress the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner and the same shall be

In view of the aforesaid assurance given by learned counsel for the University, this petition stands disposed of with observation that the opposite party must redress the above stated grievances of the petitioner within a period of one week, failing which the petitioner may file a fresh contempt petition.
