We are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 12.04.2017 because the learned Single Judge has rightly taking into consideration the factual position dismissed the writ application. However, the cost, which has been imposed upon the petitioner i.e. the Principal of the college, is set aside for the
Patna High Court LPA No.820 of 2017 dt.01-05-2018 2/2 reason that the institution is struggling to get a foothold to generate some kind of resources by begetting recognition, which is another issue. The cost of Rs. 20,000/- imposed upon the appellant is hereby set aside.
Appeal otherwise stands disposed off.
