The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patepur P.S. Case No.15 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery was made in front of the mill of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but it appears that it was petitioner and others who had kept huge quantity of liquor of different brands and on such, recovery was made. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
