The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the fact that the investigation of the case has already been completed, the petitioner, who is in custody since 06.06.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 156 of 2016.
