This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ayar Police Station Case No. 81 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 331, 323, 307, 379, 427, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of injury sustained by the two injured persons, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is hereby dismissed.
