JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 Learned counsel for the appellant requests to change the bailor in place of "Ganga Prasad Mahto, who is cousin brother of the appellant", mentioned at page no.13 of the order dated 07.07.2022 as "Soni Lal Mahto, who is brother of the appellant".

Accordingly, the condition no. ii) imposed in the aforesaid order dated 07.07.2022 be modified and same be read as:

(ii) That one of the bailors shall be Soni Lal Mahto, who is the brother of the petitioner and deponent of the present bail petition.
