The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 416 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
