Petitioner is accused in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37687 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 36676 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56251 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018.
