The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Mr. Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application for bail in view of the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in the impugned order dated 20.06.2016 passed in B.P. No. 333 of 2016.
