JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.04.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody since 28.04.2018, let the petitioner, named above directed to be released after 21.10.2018 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
