The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,341,323,324,436,307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant and setting his house on fire.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10660 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence and the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below which is Annexure 3.

Since the accusation of litting fire is against petitioner no. 4, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner no. 4 in case the petitioner no. 4 surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sheohar. Considering the above facts, let petitioners above named except petitioner no. 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
