The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 34/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/407/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that petitioner is a lady and that she has relied upon the alleged forged certificate, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
