JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Near about 41⁄2 litres of foreign wine were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.07.2016. As per Para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Sunil Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P. S. Case no.169 of 2016.
