The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 124/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no any incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that during vehicle checking the police apprehended two accused persons riding on a motorcycle, whose registration number, engine number and chassis number were found tampered and no satisfactory explanation was given by the apprehended accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53826 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 It is submitted that co-accused Pappu Yadav, who was also found sitting on the said motorcycle, has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 49177/2018 dated 20.08.2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 124/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
