2. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) 30 (c), 32,41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. The petitioners are accused of dealing in illicit country made liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have involved in three more cases.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54646 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court. Motihari, East Champaran in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Sangrampur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
