2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 109(1), 351(2), 352, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On 21.2.2025 brother of informant and his family members forcibly entered the house of petitioner and started abusing and assaulting the petitioner for withdrawing Rajgir Police Station Case No. 540 of 2023. Present case is counter blast of Rajgir Police Station Case No. 540 of 2023 and 102/2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51550 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific and directr allegation that he assaulted on the head of the informant with iron rod. Learned counsel refers to the impugned order dated 23.5.2025 and submits that the injury caused by the petitioner to the informant is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
