In pursuance of the order dated 18.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C.No.11426 of 2011, the petitioner filed a representation before the Divisional Railway Manager, East Central Railway, Sonepur(Annexure-2), which was sent to the three-men committee and the three-men committee after hearing and considering the claim of the petitioner rejected the same on the ground that the petitioner is not legal allottee of Plot No.125 Accordingly, the State has passed order for removal of encroachment and given possession to the actual allottee.

Patna High Court MJC No.1300 of 2017(5) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the shop of the petitioner was existing on plot no.125. From the order itself, it appears that there was only direction to the three-men committee for consideration of claim of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law. The three-men committee after hearing the petitioner has passed order.

Thus, I find that Opp.Parties have already complied the order of the writ court. Accordingly, no further action is required.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
