====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand of the informant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she has no concern with family affairs of the deceased and her husband. She lives separately from the family of the deceased as is evidence from Annexure-2. Morever, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-3. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.06.2018.

Case No. 112 of 2017.
