The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302, 201 and 120B of Indian Penal Code was added.

It is alleged that son of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner along with others and it is suspected that later on he was killed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20927 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia, in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
