JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar, the learned A.A.G.-4 appearing on behalf of the contemnors-opposite parties. In pursuance of the order dated 04.04.2011, passed in CWJC No.5755 of 2007, the Collector, Purnea passed the order and rejected the petition of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground as the signature on the affidavit of Tarni Das was found to be forged.

Since the order has already been passed, no further action is required to be taken.
