Case No. 31 of 2011 whereby cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 323,420,467,468,471,386,387,389,411 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code has been taken against the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32908 of 2013 dt.04-08-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
