Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 01.06.2009 passed by the Block Development Officer, Sheohar, as contained in Annexure-5 and the orders dated 05.03.2010/24.05.2010 passed by the Sub-divisional Officer, Sheohar, as contained in Annexure-8 and 8/1.

It is submitted at the Bar that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 21.09.2015 passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3579 of 2014 dt.06-12-2016 CWJC No. 5638 of 2011 and other analogous matters by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, this writ application also stands disposed of in terms thereof.
