Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case, informant went to the house of one Rajesh Sharma to attend Mundan Ceremony where all the co-accused persons including this petitioner started assaulting the informant by means of lathi, danda and other weapons. Petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with glass bottle.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Due to land dispute between the parties, a simple

Injury caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P. S. Case No. 54 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
