Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379, 384 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 07-02-2016 but from perusal of the first information report, I find that it were coaccused, who are said to have snatched motorcycle, documents and cash from the informant and so far as petitioner is concerned; he is said to be only a member of unlawful assembly. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 9 cases but co-accused, Bijendra Kunwar and Sarvjeet Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Simri P.S.
