Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for the offence under section 25(1-b)a and 2635 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during search one magazine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2019.

Considering the fact that only one magazine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
