That this writ petition is being filed for direction upon the concern respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for reinstating on the post of Computer Operators appointed as daily basis who have been terminated on no cause though there is requirement of there is requirement in the office and after duly process, the petitioners have appointed as computer operator on daily basis.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,
Patna High Court CWJC No.18433 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
