The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.54 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 379, 506, 307, 34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case in short is that all the FIR named accused persons, armed variously came to the house of the informant and assaulted his wife with iron rod and also assaulted his son. The offence has been committed because the informant's wife has scolded the accused persons for calling her daughter.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics.

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. In the injury report of the informant's wife, the doctor has opined that the injuries are simple in nature and the injury sustained by the son of the informant is also simple in nature. These facts are also mentioned in para-28 and 29 of case diary. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.54 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
