The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Beur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier vide order dated 22.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32215 of 2013, but the petitioner again move for anticipatory bail on the ground that charge sheet is submitted under Section 306 and father-in-law and husband have already been enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, I do not

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and her prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and taking into account that the husband and father-in-law of the deceased have been granted regular bail.
