JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, pointing out that in the petition itself, the name of the father of the petitioner and his address in the cause title have wrongly been typed which requires correction, and as such, the name of father of petitioner Bimlendra Chaubey will be read as Bimlendu Chaubey and in the column of residential address, in place of Chaudhary Bhawan it will be read as Chaubey Bhawan.

The order dated 16-08-2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
