Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He has been implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner resides separately from other members of the family. Petitioner never demand dowry nor tortured the deceased. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2018 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54149 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 46618 of 2018 (Annexure-2). Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
