This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Majhauliya Police Station Case No. 225 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 365, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be physically challenged person and there is no direct allegations against the petitioner in this case. There is delay in lodging the FIR. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks,

No.9645 of 2021(4) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Majhauliya Police Station Case No. 225 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
