Petitioners are accused in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 448, 379 and 302 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent. They have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against the named co-accused persons. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.54093 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016.
