A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Block Development Officer, Bagaha-2, West Champaran by Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for petitioner no.1 and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner no.1, namely, Yogendra Yadav, apprehends his arrest in connection with Narangiya P.S. Case No.13 of 2020 for offences under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Yogendra Yadav is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Yogendra Yadav, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Narangiya P.S. Case No.13 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
