The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015, registered under Sections 304B, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband (petitioner) and in-laws and to burn the dead body to conceal the evidence.

Submission is that, admittedly, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018. Further, submission is that, in fact, the deceased wife of the petitioner was suffering from epilipse due to that reason she consumed poison, but, with ulterior motive, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, has

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
