Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits allegation against this petitioner is that he was one of the assailants. Learned counsel appearing on on behalf of the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. From the materials available on record, it appears that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and the injury found is not conclusively attributed to this petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S.
