Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that having similar allegation, coaccused, Paro Mian has already been granted privilege of bail and apart from this, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015.
