JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The petitioner has filed the instant petition for modification of order dated 9.12.2014, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 13082 of 2013 and directing the respondents to set aside order dated 23.5.2014 passed by respondent no.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India opposes the prayer and states that the petitioner may file representation before the respondents for redressal of his grievances.
