JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 It is submitted that petitioner no.2 has been arrested, hence application with regard to petitioner no.2 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, same is disposed of.

Rests of petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 363, 364, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons took the son of the informant and Lalan Paswan for working as a domestic help and thereafter, the informant's son went traceless

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20930 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-201 2/25 when the informant claimed that her son was killed by the accused persons and when the informant made protest then she was abused by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the complaint was made after 15 months of the occurrence and thereafter the police case was registered and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Chandpura P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Begusarai.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
