Petitioner is accused in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has committed no offence. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. No any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 26.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56195 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018.
