1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 342, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. They are only members of the mob. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on personal bonds to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
