JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel, Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh, for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to raise all these questions before this Court at appropriate stage after evidences are adduced regarding the relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to raise all these points at appropriate stage and if it is raised by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the Court without being influenced by the impugned order or by this order passed by this Court.
