Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.01.2016 and from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that except his confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.Case No. 143 of 2015.
