The petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 115/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has clean antecedent. There is no recovery from his possession. The police has forcibly recorded his confessional statement and made him accused in this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
