2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature.

5. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan / concerned Court below in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024.
